Jeffree Findley
Starting his career as a laborer for a smaller Michigan landscaping company, Jeffree worked his way into a foreman position before creating his own/first design/build company in Michigan. Owning his own company enabled him to gain a certification as a Landscape Industry Certified installer from NALP. After owning/operating that company for 6 years, he was recruited to Wisconsin as a Landscape Designer/Project Manager/Salesman for a large, multi-divisional landscape company. There, large production crew logistics, mobilizations, and estimating became a reality. The cold was too much and recruitment to the Virginia/Washington DC/Maryland areas came next, to be a Landscape Designer/Project Manager/Salesman for several companies there. It was there that Jeffree’s second design/build company was created, benefitting from urban logistics, site restrictions, and disposal coordination. ICPI and NCMA (CMHA) certifications were earned while in the area.
After 10 years, SE Michigan beckoned him back; here he continued the trend of Landscape Designer/Project Manager/Sales positions. SE Michigan enabled him to gain his Advanced ICPI installer and PICP installer certifications, while gaining Master Rain Gardener and Master Composter certifications to complement the Hardscape focus. Today, he continues to educate contractors and encourage continued education as a Sales Representative for Techo-Bloc Midwest and is a member of their education team.
