Drive Traffic by using Retail Events

You can’t rely on 20+ good weekends anymore to maintain and grow a good nursery business. If Starbucks can get their best customers to come back to their stores 20+ times a month, then what can you do to attract YOUR customers to come back at least 2 or more times a month!  We’ll look at creative ways that successful  garden centers are doing to do just that!  Whether it’s cooking schools, wine tasting, community events, hydroponics, or girl’s nights out, there always needs to be a “system” in place to plan, delegate and debrief to analyze your new revenue stream.  Bring some of your creative ideas to share your success, and leave with at least one event you need to do in the next 30 days AND how to creatively market it with a little video!
